Within the scope of its activity, it is qualified to intermediate housing credit agreements and is authorized to provide the services of: presentation or proposal of credit agreements to consumers; assistance to consumers, by carrying out preparatory acts or other pre-contractual management work in relation to credit agreements that have not been presented or proposed by you. Not authorized to provide consulting services.

Lenders with whom the credit intermediary has a binding agreement: Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A.; Banco BPI, S.A.; Banco Santander Totta, S.A.; Novo Banco, S.A.; Bankinter, S.A. Branch in Portugal; Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, S.A. Instituição Financeiro de Crédito (Sociedad Unipersonal) — Branch in Portugal; Banco Bic Portuguese, S.A.; Caixa Central De Crédito Agrícola Mútuo, C.R.L.

The credit intermediary is prohibited from receiving or delivering any amounts related to the formation, execution and early fulfilment of credit agreements, under the terms of article 46 of the legal regime of credit intermediaries.

The remuneration to be paid by the lender to the credit intermediary for the services provided is set out in the information sheet that is part of the mortgage proposal/agreement presented.

The consumer has the right to complain about the services provided by the credit intermediary, by filling in the Complaints Book available at the establishment and/or electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). The complaint must contain the identifying elements of the complainant as well as the respective grounds. Complaints addressed to the Credit Intermediary, in addition to adequate internal analysis, will be sent by the latter, within the legal deadlines, to the claimant and the respective supervisory entity.

The consumer also has the right to send complaints based on non-compliance with the rules governing the activity of the credit intermediary directly to the Bank of Portugal, using the form available on the Bank Customer Portal in https://clientebancario.bportugal.pt/formulario-nova-reclamacao.

Without prejudice to the right to appeal to the courts, consumers may resort to one of the following alternative dispute resolution entities to which the credit intermediary has joined: CNIACC ; CACCL

                                                                                                                                                           

The civil liability that may arise from the exercise of the activity of credit intermediary is covered by the contract entered into with Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, policy no. 2513063, valid from 03/11/2023 to 02/11/2024 (renewable).
